Let me start out by saying this. If you’re looking for a miracle push button system for ending your affair, you can stop reading right now. This book is for people who don’t have a problem reading what causes these affairs, how to recognize what type of affair you’re in and finally how to end it. Because each one is different and has to be handled differently.

And that’s why I like this book so much. It doesn’t insult our intelligence. As a matter of fact, it goes into some pretty deep psychological stuff. The person who wrote this, Dr. Bob Cummings (yes, he’s a doctor) knows his stuff. You won’t find this information in your typical crappy marketer “head shrink wannabe” ebook.

Okay, let’s get down to the brass tacks of this book. Dr. Cummings goes through the 7 critical steps that you MUST take in order to break free from an affair. First, you have to recognize what type of affair you’re in and he shows you how to do that. As soon as you see the 7 kinds of affairs that he’s identified, you’ll immediately recognize (if you’re honest) which one YOU are. Yeah, this book is a not so pretty look in the mirror.

My personal favorite part of the book is where he actually shows you how you can predict WHERE your affair is headed. Yes, you can tell exactly what is going to happen down the road by certain signs. These are pure genius. But more importantly, he shows you how to save your marriage EVEN if you’ve been caught cheating. This is something most people screw up royally.

I could keep going on about this book but I’d only bore you to tears. Like I said, you need to really read it, understand it and act on his advice or you’re just wasting your time. I’m being dead serious.

At the very least, go to his site and read what he’s offering. If you want to end your affair and save your marriage, this book is a must have.
